Stacking landscape vertically is an increasing popular idea now, and this is one of the pioneering projects to do so.
Preface: I agree that this is highly unprofessional and that the cop should hold himself to a higher standard. He could have written her up for resisting arrest and assaulting an officer. Both would have been more effective punishment than kicking her.
HOWEVER…
To all those people saying “I fucking hate cops”… if some crazy drunk woman shin kicked you, by reflex alone, I’m betting you would have kicked her right back. It’s easy being righteous from afar. This cop is most certainly an ass, but there are so many good cops that go unnoticed. A good cop is not a compelling story for the news. They do a thankless job for little pay. They come when we call. They head into the danger. They protect and serve. You will never hear me make some blanket remark that all cops are bad and it makes me sad when others do.
